Tavexus Social Manager — Gizlilik Politikası

Kısaca: Tavexus Social Manager kendi bilgisayarınızda çalışan bir Windows programıdır. Bağladığınız Facebook, Instagram ve YouTube hesaplarına ait erişim bilgileri ve paylaşımlarınız yalnızca sizin bilgisayarınızda, şifreli olarak saklanır. Tavexus Yazılım bu bilgileri görmez, saklamaz, kimseyle paylaşmaz ve satmaz.

2. Program hangi verileri kullanır?

Facebook sayfası: yönettiğiniz sayfaların listesi ve adı; sizin oluşturduğunuz paylaşımları (metin, fotoğraf, video) seçtiğiniz sayfada yayınlamak.
Instagram işletme hesabı: hesap adı; sizin oluşturduğunuz fotoğraf ve videoları yayınlamak.
YouTube: kanal adı; sizin seçtiğiniz videoları kanalınıza yüklemek.
Kasa: programa kendiniz girdiğiniz giriş bilgileri ve notlar.

Program bu platformlardan yalnızca paylaşım yapmak için gereken izinleri ister. Takipçi, mesaj, kişi listesi gibi verileri okumaz.

3. Veriler nerede saklanır?

Tüm veriler (erişim bilgileri, kasa kayıtları, paylaşımlar, yedekler) programın kurulu olduğu bilgisayarda, AES-256 ile şifrelenmiş olarak saklanır. Bulut sunucusu yoktur. Tavexus Yazılım'a hiçbir kullanıcı verisi gönderilmez.

Facebook / Instagram bağlantısı kurulurken, platformun verdiği tek kullanımlık onay kodu Tavexus'un küçük bir bağlantı hizmetinden geçerek kalıcı erişim bilgisine çevrilir ve doğrudan programınıza döner. Bu hizmet hiçbir bilgiyi kaydetmez veya saklamaz.

4. Paylaşım ve aktarım

Verileriniz üçüncü kişilerle paylaşılmaz, satılmaz, reklam amacıyla kullanılmaz. Paylaşımlarınız yalnızca sizin seçtiğiniz platforma (Meta veya Google) sizin isteğinizle gönderilir.

Google API'lerinden alınan bilgilerin kullanımı ve başka bir uygulamaya aktarımı, Sınırlı Kullanım (Limited Use) koşulları dahil Google API Hizmetleri Kullanıcı Verileri Politikası'na uygundur.

5. Verilerin silinmesi

Bağlantıyı programdan kaldırdığınızda o hesaba ait erişim bilgileri bilgisayarınızdan silinir. Ayrıntılı adımlar: Veri silme talimatları.

6. Haklarınız (KVKK m.11)

Verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme haklarınız için info@tavexus.com adresine yazabilirsiniz. Talebiniz en geç 30 gün içinde ücretsiz olarak yanıtlanır.

Tavexus Social Manager — Privacy Policy

In short: Tavexus Social Manager is a Windows program that runs on your own computer. Access credentials for the Facebook, Instagram and YouTube accounts you connect, and your posts, are stored only on your computer, encrypted. Tavexus Yazılım does not see, store, share or sell this information.

2. Data the program uses

Facebook Page: the list and names of Pages you manage; publishing the posts you create (text, photo, video) to the Page you choose.
Instagram business account: account name; publishing the photos and videos you create.
YouTube: channel name; uploading the videos you choose to your channel.
Vault: logins and notes you enter yourself.

The program only requests the permissions needed to publish. It does not read followers, messages or contact lists.

3. Where data is stored

All data (access credentials, vault entries, posts, backups) is stored on the computer where the program is installed, encrypted with AES-256. There is no cloud server. No user data is sent to Tavexus Yazılım.

When you connect Facebook / Instagram, the one-time authorization code issued by Meta passes through a small Tavexus connection service that exchanges it for an access credential and returns it directly to your program. This service does not log or store anything.

4. Sharing

Your data is not shared with third parties, not sold and not used for advertising. Your posts are sent only to the platform you choose (Meta or Google), at your request.

Tavexus Social Manager's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Deleting your data
